Zak Geston joined the Falcons staff in the spring of 2025. Prior to joining the staff, Zak was the Assistant Coach at Clovis East High School with the girls program. Zak was also an Assistant Coach with the Clovis East High School boys team helping guide the boys to Division I section title and a NorCal Runner-up. Zak’s prior experience coaching experience includes coaching at Kerman and Bullard High Schools, but he also led the Fresno State Women’s Club team to a NCVF Championship berth. As a player, Zak was honored as League MVP while earning honors as a 3-time First Team All-League and 2-time All-Valley Opposite Hitter at Sunnyside High School (Fresno, CA). While playing for Fresno State, Zak’s teams finished 13^th and 3^rd. Zak continues to be highly involved in the club scene coaching both girls and boys at Valley Volleyball Academy.
