Katelynn Mogelberg has been named head coach for the Coalinga College softball team for the upcoming spring 2026 season. Mogelberg spent the last three seasons with the program as the Lead Assistant Coach, working primarily with infielders, catchers, and assisting with hitters.

A 2014 graduate of Modesto Christian High School, Mogelberg went on to play two seasons at San Joaquin Delta College, a member of the Big 8 Conference, from 2014–2016. In over 140 at-bats during her career with the Mustangs, she posted a .336 batting average and drove in 47 runs. She then transferred to Midway University, an NAIA program in Kentucky, where she continued to produce stellar offensive numbers over two seasons.

Following her playing career, Mogelberg returned to Midway University as a coach for the 2022–2023 season before joining the Falcons’ staff. She is currently the interim Director of Residence Halls.
